The LT1997IDF-3 combines a precision operational amplifier with highly matched resistors to form a single-chip solution for accurate voltage amplification. The LT1997-3 is particularly well suited for use as a differential amplifier, with excellent resistor matching resulting in a common-mode rejection ratio of greater than 91 dB. The amplifier has a maximum input offset voltage of 60 μV and a -3 dB bandwidth of 1.1 MHz (gain = 1).
The LT1997IDF-3 can operate from any supply voltage from 3.3V to 50V with a supply current of only 350μA. Output fluctuations are typically within 100mV of either supply rail.
The resistors maintain excellent matching performance over temperature; the temperature coefficient of match is guaranteed to be less than 1ppm/°C. Resistor-to-voltage linearity is extremely high, with gain nonlinearity of less than 2ppm.
