The LTC2387CUH-16 is a 16-bit, 15Msps SAR ADC for high dynamic range and high linearity . It has the characteristics of low noise and high speed, especially suitable for high-speed imaging, communications, control loops and instrumentation applications .
To support high-speed operation while minimizing the number of data lines, the LTC2387-16 features a serial LVDS digital interface. The LVDS interface has both single-track and dual-track output modes, allowing users to optimize the interface data rate for each application.
