The LTC2411IMS is a 24-bit differential Delta-σ analog-to-digital converter featuring an integrated oscillator and low noise ‌. It uses increment-add technology, is suitable for multiplex applications, and provides single-cycle stabilization time. The LTC2411 can be configured with a single pin to achieve input differential mode suppression better than 110dB at 50Hz or 60Hz ‌. The device has the following characteristics:

24-bit ADC in MS10 package

Low supply current (200μA in transition mode versus 4μA in automatic sleep mode)

Differential input and differential reference with GND to VCC common model circumference

2ppm INL, no lost code

4ppm full scale error and 1ppm offset

0.29ppm noise

No delay: The digital filter can be stabilized in a single cycle. Every conversion is accurate (even after the input step occurs)

2.7V to 5.5V single operating power supply

Internal oscillator - No external components required
