The LTC2378IDE-20 is a low-noise, low-power, high-speed 20-bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADC. The device uses a single 2.5V operating power supply with a fully differential input range of ±VREF (VREF varies from 2.5V to 5.1V). The LTC2378-20 consumes only 21mW of power and achieves ±2ppm INL (maximum), no leakage code (at 20 bits), and 104dB SNR.

The LTC2378-20 features a high-speed SPI-compatible serial interface that supports 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V logic, as well as a Daisy chain mode. The high throughput rate and cycle-free delay of 1Msps make the LTC2378-20 ideal for a wide range of high-speed applications. An internal oscillator is responsible for setting the conversion time, alleviating external timing considerations. The LTC2378-20 is automatically powered off between conversion operations, thereby reducing power consumption with the sampling rate.
