The AD7091R-5BCPZ is a 12-bit, multi-channel, ultra-low power, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The AD7091R-5 is powered by a single supply from 2.7 V to 5.25 V, with a typical power consumption of only 24 µA in fast mode and at 3 V.

The device has a built-in wideband wide sample hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies up to 1.5 MHz. The AD7091R-5 also offers an on-chip conversion clock, a 2.5V precision on-chip reference voltage source, and programmable out-of-range user alerts.
