The RZ/A3UL integrates the 64-bit Arm® Cortex®-A55 CPU core performance with a maximum operating frequency of 1GHz. The device integrates an Octal-SPI memory interface with a simpler and more compact board design. Support for a DDR3L/DDR4 memory interface for high-speed DRAM is also available.
