The IMP34DT05TR omnidirectional MEMS microphone is a compact, low-power device featuring a capacitive sensing element and an IC interface. The sensing element detects sound waves and is made using a dedicated silicon micromachining process specifically designed for audio sensor production.
The IC interface is manufactured using a CMOS process, allowing design-specific circuits to externally provide digital signals in PDM format.
The IMP34DT05TR is a low distortion digital microphone with a signal-to-noise ratio of 64dB and a sensitivity of -26dBFS ±3dB.
The IMP34DT05TR features a top port, SMD support, and is packaged in an EMI-shielded package for operation over the extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
