The AD9231BCPZ-65 is a single-chip, dual-channel, 12-bit, 65 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) powered by a 1.8V supply with a built-in high-performance sample-and-hold circuit and an on-chip reference voltage source. The product uses a multistage differential pipeline architecture with built-in output error correction logic that provides 12-bit accuracy at 65 MSPS data rates and guarantees no code loss over the entire operating temperature range.

The AD9231 uses a differential clock input to control all internal conversion cycles. An optional duty cycle stabilizer (DCS) is used to compensate for large clock duty cycle fluctuations while maintaining excellent overall ADC performance.

2, patented sample and hold circuit still maintains excellent performance at input frequencies up to 200 MHz, and low cost, low power consumption, easy to use.

3, the standard serial port interface supports a variety of product features and functions, such as: DATA output formatting, internal clock divider, power saving mode, DCO/DATA timing and offset adjustment, and reference voltage source mode.

4, AD9231 adopts 64-pin LFCSP package, in line with RoHS standards.
