The CH201-00ABR is a tiny, ultra-low-power, long-range ultrasonic time-of-flight (ToF) distance sensor based on Chirp's patented MEMS technology. In a system-level package, the CH201 integrates a piezoelectric micromechanical ultrasonic transducer (PMUT) with an ultra-low power system-on-chip (SoC) in a tiny, reflow solderable package. It can provide accurate distance measurements for targets up to 5m away.
