The ICU-20201 Time-of-Flight (ToF) Distance Sensor is a miniature, ultra-low power, long-range ultrasonic sensor based on Chirp's patented MEMS technology. The sensor integrates an 85kHz piezoelectric micromechanical ultrasonic transducer (PMUT) and a second-generation, ultra-low-power system-on-chip (SoC) in a reflowable package. The sensor provides accurate distance measurements to targets up to 5 metres away.
