The ADG7421FBCPZ is a low-voltage, dual single-pole, single-throw (SPST) low ON-resistance switch with overvoltage protection, power-down protection, and overvoltage detection on the source pin.

The ADG7421FBCPZ is well suited to provide overvoltage protection for small signals such as resistance temperature kit (RTD) inputs (see Figure 56 in the datasheet) and thermocouple inputs (see Figure 55). The high voltage protection capability of up to ±60 V combined with the low voltage power supply provides a complete low voltage input stage for industrial applications.
