The LTM4673IY is a quad output, dual 12A and dual 5A, switch-mode DC/DC step-down µModule (power module) regulator with an integrated 4-channel power system manager for sequencing, regulation (servoing), margin adjustment, monitoring, managing faults, providing telemetry and creating fault logs. input voltage range, with output voltages ranging from 0.6V to 3.3V for the 12A channel and 0.6V to 5.5V for the 5A channel. only large capacity input and output capacitors are required.
The LTM4673IY features a two-wire serial interface for precise output margining, trimming and programmable power-up and power-down timing control. An internal 16-bit ADC monitors input and all four output voltages, currents and temperatures. Faults can be programmed for over and under current, voltage and temperature threshold limits on all four output channels, as well as input over and undervoltage.
The LTM4673IY is supplied in a 16mm × 16mm × 4.72mm BGA package with a RoHS compliant terminal face.
