The STL24N60M6 MDmesh™ M6 MOSFETs combine a low gate charge (Qg) with an optimized capacitance profile designed to achieve high efficiency in a new topology for power conversion applications. The superjunction MDmesh™ M6 series offers extremely high efficiency for increased power density, and low gate charge at high frequencies.
The STL24N60M6 devices include a variety of operating voltages and are suitable for industrial applications including chargers, adapters, silver box modules, LED lighting, telecommunications, servers and solar.
