The ZL30263LDF1 is Microchip Technology's highly integrated clock generator and synchroniser designed for applications requiring precise timing and synchronisation, such as telecom, networking and data centre equipment.

ZL30263LDF1 Product Features

High-performance APLL: Built-in fractional-N APLL with support for fractional and integer frequency dividers to generate two independent frequency families.

Ultra-low jitter: Integer multiplier and divider output jitter as low as 0.17ps RMS (12kHz-20MHz), and fractional divider output jitter is typically less than 1ps RMS.

Flexible Inputs and Outputs:

Four flexible input clocks are supported: a single crystal/CMOS input, two differential/CMOS inputs, and a single-ended/CMOS input.

The output frequency range is 1Hz to 1.045GHz, and a variety of output formats are supported, including LVDS, LVPECL, HCSL, 2xCMOS and HSTL.

Package Format: 56-pin QFN package (8x8mm) with exposed pads for compact designs.

Operating temperature range: -40°C to +85°C for industrial grade applications.

Supply voltage: 1.71V to 3.465V.
