Product Description

The miClockSynth ZL30260LDG1 is a high-performance, arbitrary-rate multiplier and clock generator device that simplifies board design by generating ultra-low jitter clock signals from a single crystal or crystal oscillator while generating an additional, independent frequency family.


The ZL30260LDG1 integrates two independent frequency families on a single chip with best-in-class jitter performance and a fractional-N APLL with fractional and integer frequency dividers.The ZL30260LDG1 creates a complete clock tree, improves design reliability, reduces bill-of-materials (BOM) costs, and simplifies the design by replacing multiple crystals and peripheral timing components. design by replacing multiple crystals and peripheral timing components.


Key Features

High-performance frequency synthesis: Supports generation of ultra-low jitter clock signals from a single crystal or clock input at up to four independent frequency series.

Input frequency range: 9.72MHz to 1.25GHz (300MHz max. for CMOS input).

Output frequency range: 1Hz to 1.045GHz.

Jitter performance: Output jitter as low as 0.17ps RMS (12kHz-20MHz) for integer multipliers and dividers, and typically less than 1ps RMS for fractional dividers.

Multiple output formats: Each output can be configured as LVDS, LVPECL, HCSL, 2xCMOS, or HSTL.

Flexible Input Options: Four flexible input clocks are supported, including one crystal/CMOS input, two differential/CMOS inputs, and one single-ended/CMOS input.

Package Format: Available in a 56-pin QFN package (8x8mm with exposed pads) for compact designs.

Operating temperature range: -40°C to 85°C.
