The CTC5160(GreatBelt) is a versatile, high-performance IP/Ethernet switching chip designed to meet next generation enterprise networking and packet transport access/convergence networking needs. With a highly integrated layer 2 to layer 4 packet processing engine, advanced traffic manager and built-in OAM engine, the chip offers rich features and up to 120Gbps line speed processing capability.

Relying on Senke's advanced flexible entry management (FTM™) technology, the CTC5160 can provide different entry configurations according to different application scenarios. A single chip supports a maximum of 128KMAC or 64K IP LPM entries.

As Centec's third-generation high-performance core switching chip, the CTC5160 enhances the existing service-aware architecture with its excellent scalability. The processing flow of the chip not only supports fully non-blocking high-performance switching, but also provides additional flexible features for customization.
