CTC5118 (TsingMa.CX) is Centec's new generation of switching chips for the evolution of cloud and edge computing technology. For the cloud era and the rapid development of the Internet of Things, CTC5118 deeply optimized pipeline, in the access to switching nodes, to provide larger entries, lower latency, more flexible pipeline.

The CTC5118 chip supports 180G I/O bandwidth, integrates ARM dual-core A53 processor, supports QSGMII and USXGMI-M port forms, and provides full-rate port capabilities from 100M to 10G. The chip supports 48x1G/16x2.5G/16x5G downlink and 10G uplink, and has the following leading service features:

• Telemetry Engine™ third generation visualization engine

The CTC5118 provides multi-dimensional visualization capabilities, integrating chip cache and delay monitoring, NetFlow session level forwarding status monitoring, and packet by packet ERSPAN capability monitoring to comprehensively and deeply display chip and traffic forwarding status.

• Programmable tunneling technology

CTC5118 adds programmable analysis and programmable editing modules, which cooperate with the mortise and tenon programmable editing capabilities of Sheng Ke to provide cost-effective and low-power landing solutions for edge computing vBRAS switches.

• Deterministic low latency technology

On the basis of low-delay technologies such as Cut-Through, CTC5118 innovatively integrates Shengke X-PIPE 1.0 technology to ensure priority transmission of high-priority traffic port level in congestion scenarios, and provides a more reliable determinate low-delay transmission scheme combined with flexible QoS scheduling.

The CTC5118 can be flexibly configured to work in different modes. Typical configurations are as follows:

1G access/aggregation switch: 24x1G+4x10G; 48x1G+6x10G

2.5G access/aggregation switch: 16x2.5G+2x10G
