The TPS7A5301WQRTKRQ1 device is a low-noise (4.4µVRMS), low dropout linear regulator (LDO) that delivers 3A current with a maximum dropout of only 180mV. The device's output voltage is adjustable via an external resistive divider and ranges from 0.8V to 5.15V.

The TPS7A53-Q1 combines low noise (4.4µVRMS), high PSRR and high output current capability, making it ideal for powering noise-sensitive components in applications such as radar power and infotainment. The device's excellent performance suppresses phase noise and clock jitter from the power supply, making it ideal for powering RF amplifiers, radar sensors and chipsets. RF amplifiers in particular benefit from the device's high performance and 5.0V output capability.
