The TMS5700432BPZQQ1R 32-bit RISC Flash microcontroller is a high-performance automotive microcontroller designed for use in safety systems. The security architecture includes dual CPUs in lockstep, built-in self-test (BIST) logic for CPU and memory, ECC on flash and data SRAM, parity on peripheral memory and loop functionality on peripheral I/O. The TMS5700432BPZQQ1R device integrates the ARM Cortex-R4 CPU. DMIPS/MHz, running at up to 80MHz and providing up to 132DMIPS performance.
