The NFAM2065L4BT Inverter power module is a fully integrated inverter power module with a high side gate driver, LVIC, six IGBTs and a temperature sensor. These IGBTs use a three-phase bridge configuration to provide independent transmitter connections for lower phase pins, allowing for as much flexibility as possible in choosing control algorithms. The power module contains a power stage with undervoltage protection (UVP) function and an internal boost diode for high-side gate boost drives. Typical applications include industrial drives, pumps, fans, and automation.
