NVH4L060N090SC1 is a 900V SiC (silicon carbide) MOSFET with new technology that offers superior switching performance and increased reliability compared to silicon devices. The MOSFET has a low on-resistance to ensure low capacitance and low gate charge. This device is ideal for use in boost inverters, charging stations, DC-DC inverters, DC-DC converters, on-board chargers (OBCs), motor control, industrial power supplies, and server power supplies.
