The NVH4L160N120SC1 is a 1200V EliteSiC (silicon carbide) MOSFET with new technology that offers superior switching performance and increased reliability compared to silicon devices. The MOSFET has a low on-resistance to ensure low capacitance and low gate charge. The system benefits that the 1200V EliteSiC MOSFETs can achieve include increased efficiency, faster operating frequency, increased power density, reduced EMI, and reduced system size. These MOSFETs feature blocking voltages, high-speed switching, low capacitance, and operate at temperatures ranging from -55°C to 175°C.

1200V SiC MOSFETs comply with the Automotive AEC-Q101 standard and the RoHS Directive. Devices are ideal for use in boost inverters, charging stations, DC-DC inverters, DC-DC converters, on-board chargers (OBCs), motor control, industrial power supplies, and server power supplies.
