The S32K344EHT1VMMST S32K3 Automotive General Purpose MCU is a scalable 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M7 based MCU with single-step, double-step and lock-step core configurations supporting ASIL B/D safety applications.The S32K3 includes a Hardware Safety Engine (HSE) with NXP firmware, support for Firmware Over-the-Air (FOTA) updates, and for AUTOSAR® and non-AUTOSAR free ISO 26262 compliant Real Time Drivers (RTD).

The NXP S32K344EHT1VMMST S32K3 automotive general purpose MCU is available in the MaxQFP package, which reduces the package size by up to 55% compared to the standard QFP package.
