The ADIS16576-2BMLZ is a high-precision microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) inertial measurement unit (IMU) from Analog Devices that integrates a three-axis gyroscope and a three-axis accelerometer. Designed for applications requiring high-precision motion sensing, the module offers excellent dynamic performance and reliability.

Three-axis digital angular velocity (gyroscope) sensing:

Range options of ±450°/sec and ±2000°/sec are available.

Operational bias stability of 2.0°/hr at ±450°/sec range.

Angular random wander of 0.2°/√hr (±450°/sec range).

Inter-axis alignment error of ±0.05°.

Triaxial digital accelerometer sensing:

Provides ±14 g full scale range.

Operational bias stability is 13 μg.

Outputs:

Provides three-axis incremental angle and incremental velocity outputs.

Factory Calibrated:

Sensitivity, bias, and axial alignment are factory calibrated over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.

Data Communications:

Compatible with SPI data communications.

Programmable Operation and Control:

Automatic and manual bias calibration control.

Data ready indicator for synchronised data acquisition.

External synchronised data sampling/processing.

On-demand self-test of inertial sensors and flash memory.
