The ADAQ4380-4BBCZ is a four-channel, 16-bit Precision Data acquisition (DAQ) μModule® system that shortenes the development cycle for high-precision measurement systems by transferring the signal chain design challenge for the designer to select, optimize, and lay out components to the device.

The ADAQ4380-4 uses system level packaging (SIP) technology to reduce the number of end-system components by combining multiple common signal processing and conditioning modules into a single suite. The ADAQ4380-4 consists of the following components:

• A four-channel high resolution 16-bit, 4 MSPS synchronous sampling SAR ADC

• Low noise, fully differential ADC driver

• A precision 3.3V reference voltage

• Low noise buffer amplifier

• Low noise, low pressure difference linear regulator

• And key passive components needed to achieve optimized signal chain performance

The ADAQ4380-4 features an on-chip oversampling module that improves dynamic range and reduces noise at lower bandwidth. The module increases the resolution by up to two digits.

In an 8mm x 8mm, 0.8mm pitch, 81-pin BGA package, the ADAQ4380-4μModule ® supports a compact size design without compromising its performance, while simplifying bill of materials management for end systems.
