The ADXRS620BBGZ is a full-featured, low-cost angular rate sensor (gyroscope) manufactured using a surface micromachining process that integrates all the necessary electronics on a single chip. The device is manufactured using the same large-scale BiMOS process used for high-reliability automotive airbag accelerometers.
