The SCC433T-K03-10 device integrates high-performance angular velocity and accelerometer sensor elements based on Murata capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. Signal processing is done in a mixed-signal ASIC that provides angular velocity and acceleration outputs via a flexible SPI digital interface. The SCC433T-K03 series has an X or X/Z angular velocity measurement range of ±300°/s, a 3-axis acceleration measurement range of ±6g and ±8g, and a supply voltage of 3V to 3.6V.
