Overview:

The FNB35060T6S is an advanced Motion SPM®3 module that provides a full-featured, high-performance inverter output stage for AC induction, BLDC and PMSM motors. The module integrates an optimised gate drive with built-in IGBTs to minimise EMI and losses, as well as several on-module protection features including under-voltage lockout, over-current shutdown, high-temperature monitoring of the driver IC and fault reporting. The built-in high-speed HVIC requires only one supply voltage and converts incoming logic level gate inputs into high-voltage, high-current drive signals to efficiently drive the module's internal IGBTs. a separate negative IGBT terminal is provided for each phase to support the widest range of control algorithms.
