The LTM4659EV 10A Buck DC-DCμModule® regulator is available in a miniature 4mm x 4mm x 1.43mm LGA package. The package includes power MOSFETs, switching controllers, inductors and all supporting components.

The LTM4659 features a Silent Switcher® 2 architecture with an internal thermal loop bypass capacitor for low EMI and high efficiency at high switching frequencies.
