The LTM4638IY is a complete 15A step-down switching mode µModule (power module) regulator in a slim 6.25mm x 6.25mm x 5.02mm BGA package. The switch controller, power FETs, inductors and support components are built into the package. Its high efficiency design provides continuous output current of up to 15A. Only large capacity input and output capacitors are required.
