The RAA489301ARGNP is an efficient 3-level synchronous step-down controller that offers a wide range of regulated output voltages and high efficiency. The device also significantly reduces the size of the inductor.

Proprietary modulator for flying cross-capacitance balance and smooth mode conversion

Wide input voltage range: 4.5V to 24V

Wide output voltage range: 3V to 24V

Programmable switching frequency: up to 367kHz (effective switching node frequency is 734kHz)

The EXT5V pin produces a 5V or 10V gate drive voltage through an internal charge pump

Low turn-off current: 25μA

Two-way Direct Mode (PTM)

Supports pre-biased output with soft boot
