The QPM1017 is a high power C-band amplifier module manufactured using the 0.15um GaN on SiC process (QGaN15) produced by Qorvo. Covering 5.7-7 GHz, the QPM1017 provides 100 W saturated output power and 18 dB large signal gain while achieving more than 35% power added efficiency.

For satellite communications applications, the QPM1017 provides 40 W linear power with a third-order cross-modulation distortion product of 25 dBc.
