The ARS19510LUBBTN-RDNPHUJ integrates an advanced Hall effect circuit IC and EMC protection components in a single overmoulded package. The optimised, user-friendly solution provides directional detection and true zero-speed digital gear sensing for challenging environments such as automotive and industrial transmissions, as well as a variety of gear sensing applications.

Using patented advanced algorithms, the ICs provide EMI compliance to meet the most stringent automotive requirements, withstanding full-range abrupt and dynamic air gap shifts and vibration suppression.

The isomorphic variable pulse width output protocol transmits target speed and direction information, and the ARS19510's greatest advantage is that it handles vibration without degrading the maximum air gap capacity or generating any misdirected pulses. Advanced vibration detection algorithms will systematically calibrate the sensor IC to the real initial tooth of the target rotation rather than to vibration, ensuring an accurate running mode signal. The advanced packaging and innovative algorithms make the ARS19510 an ideal solution for a variety of speed and direction sensing applications.

The device is available in a lead-free 2-pin SIP package and the pin frame is tin plated.
