AIROC™ CYW43022CWBT is an ultra-low-power single-chip combination device that supports 1x1 dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) and Bluetooth ® 5.4 standards. The CYW43022 features a low-power architecture that makes it ideal for battery-powered applications.

The CYW43022 has a built-in Bluetooth protocol stack and Wi-Fi networking standalone mode, enabling it to remain connected and active even when the host processor is in low-power sleep mode. The CYW43022 supports 256-QAM and can achieve data rates of up to 78Mbps. The 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands include on-chip power amplifiers and low noise amplifiers, as well as an internal +20dBm Bluetooth power amplifier.
