The PTX130WDQ56D13 is a powerful and efficient NFC emitter system-on-chip for NFC wireless charging scenarios and data communications. The PTX130W improves key performance parameters such as output power and receive sensitivity (-80dBc). The PTX130W eliminates the need for EMC filters and features simple integration and compact design, making it simpler to use than complex existing solutions, which consist of dual resonant circuits with EMC filters and antennas. The PTX130W's superior RF performance allows for small antenna designs, fast charging capabilities, and flexible placement of the transmitter and receiver antennas.
