The UF3C065040K4S 650 V, 42 mohm RDS(on) Common Source Common Gate SiC FETs package their high performance Gen 3 SiC Fast JFET with FET-optimized MOSFETs to produce the only standard gate driven SiC devices on the market today.

The device is available in a 4-pin TO-247 package, with extremely fast switching speeds and the best reverse recovery characteristics of similar rated devices. These devices are ideal for switching inductive loads and any application that requires a standard gate drive.
