The BTS6305UJ is a broadband, high linearity pre-driver amplifier for 5G mMIMO infrastructure applications with fast switching to support TDD systems. The amplifier is designed to operate from 2.4 GHz to 4.2 GHz and is available in a 3 mm × 3 mm × 0.85 mm 16-terminal HVQFN package.

The amplifier is ESD protected on all terminals.
