The ADSP-SC594KBPZ10 processors are part of the SIMD SHARC family of digital signal processors (DSPs) and feature ADI's Super Harvard architecture. Optimised for high-performance audio/floating-point applications, these 32/40/64-bit floating-point processors feature high-capacity on-chip static random-access memory (SRAM), multiple internal buses to eliminate input/output (I/O) bottlenecks, and an innovative Digital Audio Interface (DAI).The newest additions to the SHARC+ core include features such as cache enhancement and branch prediction, while maintaining instruction set compatibility with previous SHARC products.
