The MPL115A is a simple barometer with a digital output for low cost applications. It uses a MEMS pressure sensor with a regulating integrated circuit to provide accurate pressure data. The MPL115A has an integrated analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that provides digital temperature and pressure sensor output via a serial peripheral interface (SPI) (MPL115A1) or I²C (MPL115A2) port.
