The R7F0E01182CFP 32-bit microcontroller cluster is a family of Arm® Cortex®-M0+ ultra-low-power MCUs based on the SOTB™ (thin oxide buried layer cladding) process technology, which enables ultra-low current consumption in active and standby modes, and high-speed operation at low voltages. This enables significant battery life extension and high performance even in small battery applications where only a small amount of current can be supplied.
