The R7FA4M2AD3CNE 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) product group uses the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with TrustZone support. Used in conjunction with the on-chip Secure Crypto Engine (SCE), the R7FA4M2AD3CNE 32-bit microcontrollers (MCUs) enable secure chip functionality. Built on a highly efficient 40nm process and supported by the open and flexible ecosystem concept of the Flexible Configuration Package (FSP), the FSP is built on FREERTOS and can be extended to use other real-time operating systems (RTOS) and middleware.
