The MAX11301GCM integrates a PIXI™, 12-bit, multi-channel analogue/digital converter (ADC) and a 12-bit, multi-channel, buffered digital/analogue converter (DAC) in a single integrated circuit. The devices provide 20 mixed-signal, high-voltage, bipolar ports that can be configured as ADC analogue inputs, DAC analogue outputs, general-purpose inputs (GPIs), general-purpose outputs (GPOs) or analogue switch terminals. One internal and two external temperature sensors track junction temperature and ambient temperature. An adjacent pair of ports can be configured for open-drain device logic level shifters or analogue switches.
