The QPA3908TR13 3700MHz to 3980MHz 8W GaN Power Amplifier Module is a fully integrated, two-stage Doherty power amplifier module for large-scale MIMO applications. Offering 8W RMS output over the frequency range of 3.7GHz to 3.98GHz, the device features 50Ω input/output and +48V drain voltage. The combination of driver and Doherty last stage provides high power and higher efficiency at 8W average power.
