The QPB9850SR RF amplifier is an integrated front-end module designed for use in 5G TDD systems. The LNA is combined with a high power processing switch to be used as a fail-safe termination path during radio transmission.The LNA can be powered down in Tx mode via the SW control pin. The device features 33dB gain and 1.2dB noise figure at 3.6GHz with high linearity at 33dBm. The module is available in a RoHS-compliant 3mm x 3mm LGA package and is ideally suited for use in 5G wireless infrastructures based on TDD architectures.
