The QPL1823TR13 is an ultralinear GaAs pHEMT differential RF amplifier, differential RF amplifier. The device is designed in cascade to provide 26dB of flat gain and very low distortion over the 5MHz to 1.8GHz range. The device is single-supply powered and operates over a voltage range of 5V to 8V, with a current that can be set from 260 mA to 350 mA. at 5V and 260 mA, the output is 63dBmV TCP with a 45dB MER.
