The USB5826CT/KD supports legacy USB speeds (HS/FS/LS) through a dedicated USB 2.0 hub controller that is the culmination of five generations of Microchip's hub controller design experience for proven reliability and interoperability. The SuperSpeed Hub Controller works in parallel with the USB 2.0 Hub Controller to bottleneck 5 Gbps SS data transfers.
