The M24M02E-FDW6TP is a 2-Mbit I²C compatible EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) organised as 256 K x 8 bits. The device operates from 1.6 V to 5.5 V, has a clock frequency of 1 MHz (or lower), and an ambient temperature range of -40 °C / +85 °C. Three 8-bit registers are provided. The Device Type Identifier (DTI) register is permanently locked in read-only mode. The Configurable Device Address (CDA) register allows the user two possibilities to configure the chip enable address through software.
