The STM32U545CEU6 belongs to the family of ultra-low-power microcontrollers (STM32U5 series) based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M33 32-bit RISC core. They operate at frequencies up to 160 MHz and feature a single-precision FPU (floating-point unit) that supports all Arm® single-precision data processing instructions and all data types. A full set of DSP (Digital Signal Processing) instructions and MPUs (Memory Protection Units) are also implemented for increased application security.
