The L3751PUR synchronous buck controller is a 6V to 75V wide input voltage range controller. It features a very high voltage conversion ratio over the 100kHz to 1MHz switching frequency range, thanks to a minimum on-time of 40ns. The diode emulation (DEM) uses a pulse hopping mode to maximise efficiency at light loads and provide controlled output voltage ripple. Forced PWM (FPWM) over the load range keeps the switching frequency constant and minimises output voltage ripple.
