The STPS60A150CS1 is packaged and screened to meet ESCC5000 specifications for aerospace products. It is a dual monolithic Schottky rectifier assembled in a SMD.5 hermetically sealed package with total dose and single event effect characteristics at high dose rates for aerospace applications. It is ESCC certified. The full ESCC specification for the device is available from the European Space Agency website.
